ParaFishControl training course: Diagnosis of parasitic diseases of European sea bass and gilthead sea bream

ParaFishControl is organising a dedicated training course on the diagnosis of parasitic diseases of European sea bass and gilthead sea bream. This training is co-organised by the University of Udine and the University of Bologna and will be held on September 13 and 14 2018. The location is the Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences (University of Udine), via Sondrio 2/a, 33100 – Udine, Italy.
Professor Marco Galeotti and Dr. Paola Beraldo (Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences, University of Udine), in collaboration with Professor Maria Letizia Fioravanti, Dr. Andrea Gustinelli and Dr. Monica Caffara (Department of Veterinary Medical Sciences, University of Bologna) will present the latest methods used to diagnose parasitic diseases in the most important Mediterranean cultured fish species. Maximum capacity is 20 and the target audience is aquaculture technicians, farmers and veterinarians working with sea bass and sea bream.
Registration is mandatory. Applicants should:
- Complete a Data Processing Consent Form along with their registration. Registrations that have not submitted the completed Consent Form cannot be taken into consideration.
The number of participants is limited (20 max) and thus in case of oversubscription applicants will be selected, based on their professional profile and on the motivation provided. Selected applicants will be informed via e-mail by mid-August 2018 at the latest.
Selected participants should cover their own travel, subsistence and accommodation expenses.
